Mural AI

Mural AI is a tool designed to augment teamwork and innovation in organizations. It provides three levels of AI-assisted partnership to help teams achieve their goals more efficiently.

The 'Assistant' level eliminates repetitive tasks, enabling teams to be more productive.

At the 'Contributor' level, Mural AI generates ideas and facilitates innovative thinking.

The 'Coach' level offers guided methodologies to align processes quickly and improve collaboration across organizations.

Mural AI offers various features including generative mind maps for idea exploration, action features for task completion, and information clustering tools to connect relevant data.

The tool also boasts a new integration with Microsoft 365s Copilot, enhancing team collaboration across the Microsoft ecosystem.

This allows for a quick search for murals and templates, text summarizations, and speedier workflow.

Mural AI ensures that customer data is protected and is committed to maintaining strict security and privacy standards.

This tool is specifically built with a 'people-centered' design, ensuring that the AI aligns with human values, and users have control over their data and outputs.

The AI functions of Mural are primarily built using Microsoft Azure's OpenAI system in a Mural-managed, multi-tenant cloud environment.
