CalendarPrep

CalendarPrep.com, powered by OpenAI, is an AI tool that helps users prepare for meetings. The tool syncs with Google and Microsoft Outlook calendar APIs without storing any calendar data.

It then conducts research on the upcoming meeting and delivers an email with its findings to the user's inbox roughly one hour before the meeting starts.

These preparatory emails include background information on the company and the people the user is meeting with.

The AI agents scan sources like Google, recent news, and LinkedIn to provide a summary of the meeting participants and the company they represent.

The tool aims to save users time by providing them with relevant information in a personalized and timely manner.

By having access to these summaries, users can be better prepared for their meetings and have a more productive and informed discussion.

CalendarPrep.com offers a simple monthly pricing plan with a five-day free trial and the option to cancel at any time.

This plan includes unlimited calendar events, calendar sync with Google or Microsoft Calendar, delivery of Calendar Prep emails, AI-powered research on meetings, and a convenient billing system.

With CalendarPrep.com, users can expect better meeting preparation, time savings, and access to pertinent information about the people and companies they will be meeting with, ultimately enhancing their overall meeting experience.
